Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page for my trek up to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in September 2012. I am doing this trek for two reasons:

1. To raise money for a very worthwhile charity called Today and Tomorrow who do great work for single parent families around the world, to help them break out of the mould of dependency and therefore help themselves create better futures for themselves and their family members (read more in attached link).

2. To realise a long held dream to stand on the roof of Africa, not far from where my parents and my siblings and I were all born in Uganda, Zanzibar and Kenya.
