This August seven of us will be taking part in the Tough Mudder South West 2016.

We’ll be taking on a number of obstacles over a 5 mile course.

Besides the amazing health benefits of training for and taking part in the event we also hope to raise £1000 for charity.

We’ve chosen to raise funds for the Little Princess Trust , which provides real hair wigs to boys and girls throughout the UK and Ireland that have lost their own hair through cancer treatment.
