Story
Hello, we are Antony Kerridge, Mark Creal, and Pete Jones and we would like to welcome you to our JustGiving page.
This year we have a slightly different approach to the sponsorship that each of us usually collects for our running efforts. Instead of an individual effort we are a force of three people all combining our sponsorship for the Solent MS Therapy Centre in Portsmouth.
The Running
Antony has decided to take on the challenge of completing three marathons in three consecutive weeks - as he turns 30 in 2013 - running each one with a friend in a sort of relay effort. However, Antony will have to run the London Marathon alone as it is so difficult to get a place. Mark and Pete will be joining him for the Brighton and Manchester marathons respectively.
The effort starts on April 14th when Antony and Mark will line up at the start of the Brighton Marathon to complete the 26.2 miles (42 km) route that is now in its 4th year. Mark is a local lad who completed the course in 2011 and has gladly agreed to run the race alongside Antony in order to aid in this massive sponsorship effort. We also hope to set Mark a new marathon PB.
The 2nd marathon is the London Marathon which Antony will complete alone on April 21st. This will be the third time Antony has completed the London Marathon which is usually the race he bases all of his sponsorship on.
The third and final marathon effort is on April 28th when Pete will join Antony on the start line for the Manchester Marathon. This will be Pete's first ever marathon which he is really looking forward to and it will be Antony's last of the three so it should make for an interesting effort. Antony and Pete completed the Great South Run together in October last year and with Manchester claiming to be the flattest marathon course around it should be fun.
The Solent MS Therapy Centre
As some of you reading may know Antony's mother suffers from Multiple Sclerosis and is a frequent user of the Solent MS Centre based in Portsmouth. The centre offers a range of therapies and support services to suit MS sufferers. The centre only keeps going due to fundraising efforts from people like us, so as with most of Antony's sponsorship efforts we are raising money for them. We cannot stress enough how hard the centre fights to keep living especially in the current financial climate. So far this year the centre has had a very strong start but with your help we can help them reach their year target of £55,700.

Donatating through this site is quick and easy but I also have paper sponsorship forms if you would rather donate that way.
A note from Antony
Let me take this opportunity to thank Mark and Pete for joining me in this relay effort.
We would also like to thank all of you for kindly donating to what is an amazing charity.
