Alsters Kelley Solictors are taking part in a walkathon to raise funds for the women and children Coventry Haven support.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO JOIN IN
Meet time will be 11:45AM at British Camp Car Park (bring change for the parking machine) for a 12:00 start.
Journey time is approximately 1 hour 15 from Warwickshire (I’d allow an hour and a hour in case you incur any traffic).
Parking is directly opposite the pub, where we will start the walk. Address for your sat nav is: A449, Great Malvern, Malvern WR13 6DW. The Hotel is the; Malvern Hills Hotel and Restaurant.
The trail is a 4.4-mile loop. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, and takes an average of 2 h 3 min to complete.
This is a circular walk around Castlemorton Common and British Camp, an amazing Iron Age hill fort. You will visit the peaks of Hangmans Hill, Millenium Hill, and Herefordshire Beacon where you will have views of the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
There a nice variety of landscapes but be aware that you encounter livestock so if you have dogs you may need to keep them on leads at times.
There is an outdoor seating area for drinks at the end, at The Malvern Hills Hotel.
