If you are reading this then you are now aware that I am planning to run the London Marathon this year.

 

Now, when you have sat back on your chair that you fell off laughing and checked that you haven't taken any mind altering drugs, I would like your support.

I am going to be running to collect money for the Demelza Children's Hospice and I would be really grateful for your help. This is a great charity and anything that you can contribute would be really appreciated.

To make things a little different I would like to set you a challenge. If anybody can guess my finishing time correctly (to within 30 seconds) I will give you double your money back. Hopefully not only will it persuade you to sponsor me a little more but it will also give me some motivation in beating your "challenging" guesses. To give you some sort of clue the world record is currently 2hrs 3minutes and 59 seconds.

(In the extremely unlikely event that there is a tie - the nearest to the second will win. In the unbelievable event that two guess exactly I will presume that you are both witches working togther and will avoid you at all costs)
