Story

Iona wanted to take on a challenge for MacIntyre and has chosen to walk 10 miles. This is miles further than she has ever walked before and we think pretty impressive for a 7 year old.

So on the 24th October we will be going purple and walking 10 mile in loops round our village.

Both Fraser and Iona want to run a bake sale so we will be getting our purple bake on the 16th October.

How Going Purple helps : MacIntyre provide education, care and support for over 1,200 children, young people and adults with a learning disability and/or autism.Every pound you fundraise will positively change someone we supports quality of life.£30 could buy a talking photo album.£100 could enable one person to participate in art workshops for two months.£400 could enable one person to participate in sports and healthy lifestyles activities every week for a year.£1,000 could enable one young person to go on holiday with a learning disability specialist provider for five days.
