Tenacity, gumption, mental fortitude & self-sufficiency. Qualities necessary in the ultra-distance race game, but also for millions of people worldwide fleeing their homes, in search of safety & the chance to live a normal life.
Relatively new to cycling, I instantly got hooked & last year cycled 5100 miles from the Arctic to the Mediterranean. I will now pit myself against the Trans Am Bike Race, a 4300 mile self-supported race across the USA in < 30 days. That's 145 miles every day minimum!!
Asylum Link support thousands of local Asylum Seekers & Refugees every year. Offering FRIENDSHIP, a COMMUNITY, the chance to feel human again. On top of the basics of HOUSING & daily FOOD, & CLOTHING to many homeless & destitute.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!
