Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

For some reason, after 3 years of not doing any activity i've decided to run the Great North 10k in Sunderland on Sunday 18th July, I don't know why it's decided to say it's the 12th, thankfully i'll have 6 more days to train!

As ever, I thought i'd try and raise some money for the MS Society to help my Dad, Aunty and the 100,000 or so other people suffering from Multiple Sclerosis in the UK.

I know this is a bit last minute so I appreciate anything you can give!
