On the 31st August to the 1st September myself, Chris Dyson and Gary Philbin (supported by Tony Wardale and Paul Keogh) are partaking in the Coast to Coast, a 136 miles trip from Sunderland to Whitehaven. This journey will involve traversing some of the best landscapes in the North, such as the Pennines and the Lake District.

Please support this if you can, we have already had some wonderful gestures of support from local businesses to support the riders with their nutrition and supplies, and in monetary donations

Thank you!
