Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

You can give something back to the soldiers of YOUR COUNTY REGIMENT who have given you so much... Soldier now teacher, Alan Garner MBE will carry the new tools of his trade up Pen Y Fan on Saturday 30th April 2011. Alan, a teacher at the Giles Academy, Boston, Lincolnshire, will carry a classroom table and chair up the mountain in order to set up and mark assignments on the top of the highest peak in South Wales, following the same route taken twenty three years ago on his Section Commander’s Battle Course. Accompanying Alan will be his son Lt Mark Garner of the 1st Battalion The Royal Anglian Regiment. You can be part of this challenge by donating money at www.justgiving.com/Alan-Garner to support members of your community who are in need, hardship or distress and are serving or former members of The Royal Anglian Regiment or Former Regiments and dependants.

So please dig deep and donate now.
