In October of 2021 our colleague and friend John Cowan passed quite suddenly from Cancer. In his memory this October I aim to complete 100Km of swimming over the month. John and his wife Angie both hail from Bristol and supported a local children's cancer charity there. With Angie's  blessing she has nominated Siblings United as the recipient of all funds raised and I think it's a very worthy cause. I hope you agree and donate what you can.
