For those that know me, you’ll know that I’m not exactly built
for abseiling !!

It was my good lady wife Samantha Smith, whom initially
became involved with this charity. After spending time helping her spread the
word about the absolute abominable cruelty suffered by these majestic beasts,
and all in the name of so called entertainment in temple’s and circuses, I was
moved to actually get off my backside and do something.

I have been lucky enough and truly honoured to actually meet
a very inspiring lady called Sangita Iyer through this journey who at great personal cost to her own safety and well-being made the incredibly moving film Gods in Shackles, ( well worth a watch )

She has now made this cause her life’s work to get these
beautiful creatures freed.

So really this is the least I can do…..
