Dive into Rennie Groves first ever Open Water Swim on Saturday 15 May at Merchant Taylors Lake in Hertfordshire. If you are a seasoned swimmer or have always wanted to give it a go, this challenge is perfect for you as we have distances to suit all!

Story

Suzie and I have agreed to swim 1,500m in open water at Merchant Taylors' Lake this coming Saturday (15th May).

Can we swim 1,500m in open water? No idea. There is only one way to find out and we would be most grateful for anything you can donate to this wonderful charity in supporting us.

We did cheat a little bit, testing the water (literally) to make sure we didn't complete hate the idea. But let's gloss over that, we are doing it for a brilliant cause and would very much appreciated any pennies you can spare.

Rennie Grove Hospice Care is a registered charity offering services to support local patients diagnosed with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. By offering a 24-hour responsive hospice at home service in combination with other services such as day hospice and family support, we allow our patients to choose how and where they want to be cared for towards the end of life.
