This year I am running the London Marathon. It is called the Virgin London Marathon this year as it is the first time that I have run a Marathon.

Now seemed a good time to run as I am officially old ( 50 ) and most of my parts are still working.

As a lifelong West Ham supporter and from a family that has been effected by bowel cancer, the Bobby Moore Fund was the natural Charity of choice.

All donations, big or small , are gratefully received. However if you are an Arsenal, Chelsea, or Spurs supporter I expect a generous donation as it is about time we got something from you !

Thanking you in anticipation
