Once you donate, JG send your money directly to the charity and so all I need to do is to cycle the 50 plus miles on Sunday 2 August. My target is to raise £950.00 but if I top that, then the hospice is the beneficiary. 

Cransley Hospice provides hospice care for those in need in the vicinity of Kettering and the north of Northants. I would ask all my neighbours and those who know the work undertaken by hospices to support me and sponsor my arms as I attempt the 50 miles on my handbike. 

My target is 25 miles in 2 hours then after an hours recovery break the next 25 miles also in 2 hours. Travelling the course at an average of 12.5 miles an hour.
