Story
Alan - husband to Pam, Dad to Sara, Laura, Nicola and Peter
On 5th March our lovely, gentle Dad, husband, Grandad and brother passed away.
Dad died of Amyloidosis which is a rare disease, caused by accumulation of protein fibres, amyloid, in the tissues.
The Fund provides invaluable support for research and patients in the National Amyloidosis Centre at the Royal Free Hospital which our Dad attended.
