Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page for "The Great South Run" 2009

The race is on October 25th and friends and family are very welcome to come and support.

I am looking forward to the challenge, and running with friends for charity.  I am hoping for good running weather and all being well a time under 1hr 30mins.  I have run this distance (ten miles), and this race before, but I was a good deal younger back then.  Lets hope youth and enthusiasm can be beaten by maturity and determination!!!
