Story
On the 13th September I'll be joining some lovely people once again to walk 11.4 miles as part of the annual Kiltwalk day.
SPARK is an awesome charity based in the heart of Craigshill in Livingston (my home town) and was set up 37 years ago to combat social isolation and loneliness, offer people a safe space to meet others, share stories over a cup of tea, nurture relationships and build confidence, helping them to make a positive change to their lives. Everyone is welcome whatever their social and ethnic background, gender and sexual orientation.

Let's face it, its got to be worth it just to see my knobbly knee's in a kilt!
Here's me looking burst with a mile to go last year!
