I am delighted to be running the Great North Run for Newcastle Carers, a charity I am proud to be a trustee of. I have seen first hand the amazing support the team offer to carers across the city, no more so than through the Covid pandemic. Any money raised will help this work to continue for the increasing number of carers that need our support.

Newcastle Carers is an independent charity supporting adults, children and young people who care for someone living in Newcastle upon Tyne. Our service is free, confidential and non-judgemental, helping carers find ways to make their situation easier.
