As you all know, 22 stars went out in Manchester on 22nd May this year. One of those stars was my friend Martyn Hett. Martyn meant a great deal to his family and friends, and his absence is still difficult to fathom. 

As well as being a zany, loveable, social-media celebrity, Martyn also worked passionately in support of Children's Cancer Charity Kidscan. As a tribute to him, I have decided to run the Munich Half Marathon to raise money for Kidscan (http://kidscan.org.uk/) who aim:

• To cure children with cancer
• To improve the treatment of children with cancer
• To develop new treatments and support programmes specifically for children suffering from cancer
• To help every child with cancer to survive and thrive.
