Story
As part of the 2.6 challenge launched by the London marathon we have decided to raise money for SNAP
Albert will be walking 26 mins on the treadmill broken down into 2 chunks of 13minutes throughout the day. I will also by running/jogging/walking or crawling 2.6 miles. And we are still deciding Brads challenge!
Nanny will also be doing 2.6 miles on the treadmill!
I’m not going into details about Albert but everyone that’s knows us knows the struggles he has had and still has and how much he has overcome already. You will also know how highly we talk of SNAP and what a positive impact they have had on our lives in supporting Albert but also us as a family. We really would be in a very different place if we had never been given their details!
Also during these weird times we want to make sure they are still getting the support they deserve so they will still be there when we come out the other side of this!
Save the UK's CharitiesGeneral fundraising has been hit very hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thousands of fundraising events have been cancelled and many charities, particularly smaller ones, are struggling to maintain services because of this huge reduction in income. This impacts all sectors of society from children to the elderly as well as the vital work in areas such as palliative care, serious diseases, mental health, housing support, food supplies and countless others that charities support.
