Albion Environmental turned 20 in 2022! So, as part of our celebrations, we have decided to run a team fitness challenge throughout the month of August and raise funds for Whiteleys Retreat in Ayrshire. 

As many people may know, Albion's Director Alasdair Meldrum is fond of an ultra marathon and takes part in some extraordinary running events. In September this year, Alasdair will be completing the Dragon's Back Race in Wales, where he will cover 230 miles of extreme terrain over 6 days. 

We thought it was time some of the team challenged ourselves to cover the 230 miles and showcase our support for Alasdair's challenge in September. 

Between our small team we will be running or walking 230 miles each week in August, and raising some funds for a great local charity! 

We want to bring the team together with some friendly competition and encourage everyone to get outside, get moving and feel the benefits of putting in those extra few miles each week! 

We will be updating our progress each week and would be grateful for any donations for a wonderful cause!
