The rules of the challenge are simple.

Enter as a team or individual. You can walk, run or cycle. Any miles obtained from cycling will be calculated at a third. 3 miles cycled will count as 1 mile for the challenge.

Exercise bikes and  Running machines can be used, as long as the miles can be tracked on Strava. Same rules apply for exercise bikes  as with normal bikes.

Joining fee is £15 per person. If you wish to compete as an individual and as a  team member then the joining fee is £30.

Team calculation will be an average of all team members.

Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 individuals and to the winning team. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 individual enterants.

Once your joining fees have been paid please search for  Neston Challenge on Strava and request to follow. Neston Challenge will request to follow you back.
