We are trying to raise funds for Hospice Africa, a dedicated and hard--working, charity who provide palliative care to patients and palliative care training for providers across Africa. 

We love the idea of all completing this half marathon challenge together with the aim to raise as much money as we can to a family based charity close to our hearts. 

This is a charity set up in Uganda by Dr Anne Merriman which provides palliative care to patients and palliative care training to providers across the continent of Africa. Celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, Hospice Africa has been providing palliative care and affordable morphine to HIV/AIDS and cancer patients which has massively improved their quality of life and allowed these patients to live free of pain and at peace.
