On Oct 4th I'll be running the London Virtual Marathon with the Peta Pack to raise funds for Peta in order to support their campaigns and activities.

2020 has been a year that's taken everything out of us and as a musicians I've experienced what my life can be without shows and without the possibility of doing something for this world with my music. So I decided I had to do something to give back in these strange times and to celebrate the life of my dear friend Frankie Banali, who passed away few days ago. Frankie, besides being one of the most iconic drummers of our age, was an Animal rights activist and devoted his life to support shelters and help activists save Animals lives and secure them a brighter future. I was graced by his friendship, not only because I had the privilege of working and performing with him, but especially because we shared this deep love for Animals and this strong bond with Nature.
I realized that the biggest tribute to him and to the love for Animals that we both shared was to do something bigger than myself. This is my first Marathon, at 41, as a vegan on a plant-based diet.
