Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in the 'Chestnut tree House - Night to Remember'. This is a 10mile walk in Eastbourne starting at midnight on the 18th May.

I am doing this in memory of an amazing boy and to recognise the inspirational strength of his Mum, Dad and little sister.

In June 2012, Brennan was diagnosed with a Brain-stem Glioblastoma Multiform Grade 4 which is a highly aggressive form of brain cancer. Brennan underwent treatment in an attempt to shrink the tumour but afer a very brave fight, Brennan passed away 8 months after his diagnosis in February 2013.

Brennan was a great friend to my daughter and such a happy, thoughtful boy. Throughout his illness I witnessed the amazing work Chestnut Tree House do in caring for and supporting families through the most difficult time anyone could possibly imagine.

So, on the 18th May, I shall be walking in memory of a strong, brave little boy and also to support and recognise the strength and love of a truly amazing family.

I would be very grateful if you could show your support to this amazing charity by donating through my Just Giving page. Thank you.xxx

I am taking part in the Chestnut Tree House Night to remember. This is a 10 mile walk in Eastbourne starting at midnight on the 18th May.

Brennan was a good friend of my niece and his family good friends of my sister and brother in law. He was diagnosed with a brain stem glioblastoma multiform grade 4 in June 2012. He had eight months of treatment but died in February, aged 7.

Chestnut Tree House supported Brennan and his family throughout his illness. I am raising money for them to continue their incredible work.

Thank you.
