What - On the 7th April I’ll be racing in the greater Manchester marathon... yes that's right, the full 26.2 miles! I'm raising money for the Wildlife Conservation Society - a worldwide fund committed to protecting the world’s wildlife. 

Why - We are destroying our planet, this is a fact, and my generation is potentially the last one that can do anything about it. Until now I would never have called myself a 'runner'. Training has been bloody tough but at the same time seriously rewarding. Perhaps I can inspire you to take on a project of your own, or even just think again about the impact you're having on the environment around you?
