The Centenary Ride · 8 June 2018

RBVE’s mission to empower veterans and people with disabilities by creating jobs, providing homes, and building communities across the UK.

Story

RBLI provides crucial support to ex-service personnel who are struggling to find employment, when leaving the Armed Forces, through an intensive training course called Life Works. This course provides our Veterans with the skills to feel confident in finding work in a civilian career. All donations will benefit thousands of ex-service men and women, find the support they need and take steps to an independent life.

In commemoration of the brave members of the armed forces who lost their lives in the First World War, I will be joining 29 other cyclists on the Menin Gate Ride over the weekend of 8th to 10th June.  We will be cycling the 150  miles from RBLI's head office in Aylesford, Kent to the Eastern Borders of France where they meet Flanders Fields and onto Ypres in Belgium and the Menin Gate, in time to attend The Last Post.

I am looking to raise up to £500 to support the RBLI in their continued crucial support for ex-service personnel and your support will be greatly appreciated.
