I'm taking part in the Great North Run this year and running on behalf of action for ME.

I've chosen this charity as my wife Gemma has had ME for 13 years. ME is classed as a neurological condition that affects many systems in the body and causes numerous unexplained symptoms. 

ME is an illness that needs awareness and funding in order to pay for research, diagnostic tests and treatment. I hope this goes a little way towards helping reach that goal.
