Joe was an amazing lad and excelled at everything he did. He had a particular love for pushing himself to the limit just because he could, so in similar style, me and a few other lads are running two events this year that he’d likely would have been running this year also.

It would be fantastic if we got as many people as possible involved to run with us! 

The Para’s 10 is an event ran across a 10 mile course with various obstacles in Colchester where Joe was based. The race will be ran in boots and with 35lbs of weight carried in a backpack. 

Tough mudder is an 8-10 mile course consisting of similar obstacles and challenges.
