I felt this was a great opportunity to raise money for charity and is in memory of a wonderful person. 

I will be taking part in the Crowle 10K on Sunday 13th May, this is also a personal goal but felt I could make a lot more of this opportunity, by raising money for a great charity, Brain Tumor UK.

I completed the run in 53 minutes, a great achievement for me and I hope it inspires others too
