So as some of you will know already, I have entered Weston Super-Mare Beach Race this year. It’s a world famous, 3 hour race, round a 6 mile course, on the beach, with a mixture of big hills to climb, corners and jumps, with a 2km straight! It is amazing and I am so excited to take part!!

Now some of you may also know the situation with me not seeing my youngest son Albie….

It is a massive part of lives at the moment, and I thought it would be a good idea to raise some money for the charity Families Need Fathers, which provide separated parents with information and support to help give children in a similar situation to ours, the right to a relationship with both parents. They do amazing work and have helped a lot of families.

Every single penny that gets donated will go straight to them, I am paying for every part of the race myself, from bike prep to fuel and accommodation.

If you can spare a couple of quid I know it will go to a brilliant cause to help give people in a rubbish situation a bit of hope and support, as not everyone has a Kate for support like I do.
