Team: Remembering Alex Hubbard

In memory of Alex Hubbard

Each week at least twelve young people in the UK die suddenly as a result of undiagnosed heart conditions. At Cardiac Risk In the Young we aim to save young lives & to help those affected by young sudden cardiac death (YSCD). We do this by providing support, information & screening those affected.

Story

Alex Hubbard was a truly phenomenal friend, brother and son. On the 20th December 2014, he sadly passed away at the young age of 21.

A group of his closest friends and family continue to raise money for CRY and hold events to remember him in his best light. This year we are holding the second Alex Hubbard Memorial Football Tournament following its great success two years ago. In memory of a truly amazing guy,  we would greatly appreciate any donations or support for this more than worthy cause.

Thanks for taking this time to visit our JustGiving page.

And as always, Big Love to Big Hubbs.
