I'm running (or probably crawling) the 2015 Run To The Beat 10k Run in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

The Cystic Firbrosis trust is a cause close to my heart after losing my partners brother to the illness. This particular run is taking place the day before the anniversary of his passing.

The trust is the only UK-wide charity making a daily difference to the lives of people with cystic fibrosis, and those who care for them.

Anyone who knows me is aware of my inability to run and of how much I dislike it. 10k is nothing to a lot of people but will be a huge achievement for me, what better way to raise money for a great cause.
