Every year, one in four of us will experience a Mental Health problem.

Jason and myself are no exception.

Both Jason and myself have been through our share of Mental Health issues in our 32 years and we have come 'out the other side' through our own network of support - Family and Friends - as both of us had managed to get past the point where we couldn't speak to those closest to us for reasons of self-doubt, pride and not wanting to burden others with our own issues; however, there are many, many others out there who are not able to get past that particular hurdle for many reasons...

That's where MIND come in.

MIND believe that no-one should have to face a Mental Health problem alone, a belief that Jason and I also share.

MIND offers great Information & Support for when you, or someone you know, are experiencing a mental health problem.

We will be livestreaming throughout via YouTube and Twitch. 

We will be using Destiny 2 as a means to show how different people from around the world can selflessly help others to overcome difficulties by talking directly to, and receiving advise from others who have already made it through their own challenges.
