Dear friends and family,

I'm doing a 10K run to raise money for Spectra as part of the world AIDS day red run!

I hate running..especially in winter!!  But I'm definitely getting out of bed this Saturday to join the Spectra team.

This charity does some amazing work in difficult to reach communities where there is often still stigma around talking about HIV and getting tested.

We know early testing and treatment prevents spread. We know "undetectable" viral loads of HIV means people are "uninfectable" to others.

This is the 30th world aids day..and although we have come such a long way, there is so much more to do..

Dig deep, or just your small change..if for nothing else but sympathy for my milky white pins this Saturday morning!!
