On the 30th April 2023 I'll be taking part in the Tour de Manc, an epic 100 mile bike ride that passes through 9 boroughs of Greater Manchester to raise money for families in need.

I'll be supporting The Little Green Sock Project, a local Trafford-based charity. They're on a mission to help reduce the financial burden of children's clothing, whilst creating a positive change in behaviour towards a more circular economy.

Since the beginning of the year I've been tirelessly training for the event, putting my body through its paces and I'm really hoping that the hard work pays off.

100% of all donations will be going straight to the charity and will your money will have a direct impact on families in our local community. Every little helps, and even a few quid can go a long way!
