3 Peaks for Parkinsons - Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon · 1 June 2018

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

My mum and Ollies Granny suffered from Parkinson's for 17 years before she passed away last year at the age of 83. Nick's dad was diagnosed with the condition 2 years ago and is currently receiving treatment.  Parkinson's UK has provided brilliant support and work tirelessly to find a cure for the disease.

Please support our attempt at the 3 peaks challenge which involves climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowden. Its a total distance of 23 miles and an assent of 3064 meters. We start on the evening of Friday 1st June and hope to finish 24 hours later.
