I'm fundraising for Sue Ryder's Palliative, Neurological and Bereavement support by taking on the December Daily Dash where I'll run at least 5km every day through December (yes, even Christmas Day!!).  

The Duchess of Kent Hospice is looking after my friend Abigail Brown, who is undertaking palliative care due to stage 4 bowel cancer. 

It's important to know that it also affects people at a younger age than you might have realised.

The Hospice needs all the support it can get to continue doing this great work for Abigail and all the other people they look after.
