I am raising money for a once in a lifetime opportunity to help communities in Costa Rica this summer. This expedition helps to increase access to education in rural areas of the country and goes hand-in-hand with the UN climate's policies. Raleigh International allow people like myself to go out, helping in the rural communities of another country to help improve their quality of life, whilst the volunteers, like myself, learn important life skills developing attributes that can't be developed at home. 

To fundraise I am going to take part in a series of activities, one of which will be an endurance running challenge. Culminating in a seven week volunteering programme in Costa Rica.
