In 2019, I was unexpectedly diagnosed with a rare heart condition and told I was lucky to be alive. Long story short, after two rounds of heart surgery, they fixed me. 

I've decided to put my healthy heart to good use and raise money for Cardiac Risk in the Young, a charity that saves the lives of other young people with undiagnosed heart conditions.

Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions. Your donation will help CRY to reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death by working with cardiologists and family doctors to establish good practice and appropriate screening facilities to promote and protect the cardiac health of the young.
