Around 1.25 million people in the UK suffer from eating disorders and many suffer in secret. Eating disorders have the highest mortality rate of any mental illness. But with the right treatment and support, recovery is possible. 

People can contact Beat online or by phone 365 days a year. Each year they support tens of thousands of people and their loved ones on their journeys towards recovery from an eating disorder. Your fundraising makes this possible

• £10 could send 2 emails to support those reaching out to speak about their eating disorder for the very first time.
• £110 could answer 7 phone calls from family members worried about a loved one, reaching out for advice and support.
