Being a volunteer in their July Team, I have witnessed first-hand the benefits and the positive impact the programs have on the children. The children (Central China) in need of a sponsor listed on the Heart for Kids website were all there in Dove Wings during our Team visits and most importantly living in a safe and loving environment cared by the dedicated Ah Yis. Meeting Dominic (my sponsored child) for the first time was an incredible experience and it got even better when I found out that he was in the midst of being adopted by a "forever family" from the States. My time spent with the Team has inspired me to encourage others to sponsor a child, volunteer or donate through this charity.
