Philip and I are running this race for the World Land Trust (http://www.worldlandtrust.org/) and FareShare SouthWest (http://www.faresharesouthwest.org.uk/).

On the first weekend of October we will be running 75 miles around the Essex coastline - the saltmarsh75 (http://www.saltmarsh75.co.uk/). If you can spare a bit of cash for either of the two charities we are supporting it would be extremely appreciated.
