On the 12th of November, I will be challenging myself to a 10k swim for Level Water a charity that helps disabled children through the power and joy of swimming.

This is double my previous longest distance of 5k, which I did in 1hr47min.

I'm hoping to achieve this swim in under 3hr45min. Fingers Crossed
