I am completing this Iron distance triathlon to help support the South Tyneside/Sunderland NHS foundation trust. The trust is close to our family and even more so at this current period. As a way of showing appreciation to the work that is carried out there daily I would love help in raising the target amount. The Ironman is something I have always wanted to complete and I will use the event as a timeline for raising the money! 

Any donations would be greatly appreciated, and I know anyone in the local area affected by this trust will understand the great work they do!
