Both of my grandparents suffer from degenerative conditions, they are both carers for each other.  I am seeing first hand the effects that these conditions have directly on those suffering and also to the family and friends who support them. I've decided that running the marathon in support of them, and many other people who suffer from these life changing conditions, is the best way to raise as much awareness and money as possible to support this cause close to so many peoples lives.
