Aidan lost his best friend to cancer when they were both 8 years old. He already volunteers with Nelson's journey to help other bereaved children, but wanted to do a bit more.

He is very well known for his long hair, but has decided to have it cut off to raise money for Big C. The added bonus to this is that he can then donate his hair to The Little Princess Trust, who make wigs for children undergoing chemotherapy.

City College have agreed to host the event and help him raise money on the day. His hair has to be put into small plaits for the donation process, so we are hoping that people will pay to cut one off!

In the meantime we are looking for Donations to Big C via this site as a mark of respect and admiration for what he is doing and to help research and support for people going through difficult times dealing with their own, or a friend or family member's cancer.

When we have set a date for the event itself, we will let you know so you can come along and cheer him on.
