Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, where I'm raising money for the wonderful Venkat Trust- an education charity for children living in and around Kovalam, India. 

The Venkat Trust aims to eradicate poverty in this region by providing life-changing schooling and learning opportunities to children. From school books and other equipment, to building classrooms and providing scholarships for further education, this charity is making a HUGE difference to the kids in this area and you can make a HUGE difference too! A little would go such a long way, and the charity REALLY needs your help. It has recently won the accolade to add an Upper 6th to its high school (just showing you how wonderful this charity is). This involves building 12 new classrooms and having the equipment and staff to look after all the new students. 600 more students want to come to the school because it is so good- think how many kids your donation will be helping!

To make the Upper 6th happen major funds are needed. So please donate, and I promise that whilst it may not be fast, or pretty, I will run/ jog/ drag myself around Brighton to earn it.
