I'm riding the 100 mile Ride London circuit on Sunday 28th May and would love if you would donate to this cause that's very close to my and my family's heart. 

The work Silverlinings do for people with brain injury is so, so important. Not only do they support the patients and families of those effected, but they also encourage those with a head injury to do amazing and courageous activities post injury. They are the most wonderfully supportive bunch and would really appreciate the donations. 

100 mile bike rides are not something I do often (or at all) so please give whatever you can - it'll help me push myself to the finish line ! THANK YOU xxx
